ELEK started with a dead phone at 1AM and a bar full of people with the same problem. So we built the fix into the street: cabinets full of charged power banks, standing in venues, paid with a tap, returned to any station. Power everywhere.
Die Hardware is ours end to end — cabinet, slots, display, payment terminal and the powerOS software that runs it. Every machine reports its state back to the ELEK grid: which doors are full, which cells are charging, which bank needs a look. When a station needs attention, we know before the venue calls.
The same engineering ships in everything we sell. The cells in our pocket banks are grade-A, the same spec we load into station doors. Chargers are GaN because heat is wasted energy. Nothing leaves Palma until it survives a full charge cycle test — twice.

Every battery carries a 2-year warranty. If a cell stops holding its rated capacity, we replace it — no debate.

Lithium cells like moderation. A few habits keep your ELEK at full capacity for years:
